Job description

Multiple shop locations in Arkansas and Louisiana

The Sub Arc Welder is responsible for performing high-quality submerged arc (SAW) welding on structural steel components in a fabrication shop environment. This position interprets welding symbols and blueprints, sets up and operates SAW equipment, produces welds that meet company and customer quality standards, and works safely while maintaining production schedules. The Sub Arc Welder inspects completed welds, performs minor equipment maintenance, and follows all OSHA, QA/QC, and company safety procedures to support the fabrication of heavy industrial steel products. Experience with Lincoln LT7 Tractor model (training provided).
