Job description

Subarc Welder/Day Shift/$23-$26 DOE/ Claremore Hours: Mon- Thurs 5am-3:30pm Abundant Solutions is seeking experienced Subarc Welders for a manufacturing facility in Claremore. This role focuses on high-production welding of large structural steel components using submerged arc welding (SAW) equipment. What You'll Do
  • Operate submerged arc welding (SAW) machines
  • Weld long seams on large steel components (plates, poles, beams)
  • Set and adjust machine settings (voltage, wire feed, travel speed)
  • Monitor and maintain flux and wire feed systems
  • Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and consistency
  • Perform minor repairs or rework as needed
  • Work with cranes or positioning equipment to handle large materials
  • Follow all safety and production standards
