We are hiring for Production Associates on 2nd (3pm-11pm Monday through Friday) and 3rd (11pm-7am Sunday through Thursday) shifts. Here in Jefferson, we produce cylinders used in heating systems, refrigerant recovery, and fire suppression. Sounds cool, right?

In this role, Production Associates are responsible for safely manufacturing quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line.

  • Perform assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room operation, and paint line operation.
  • Follow detailed production instructions to manufacture quality parts safely.
  • Detect and address defects and quality issues. Accurately count, label, and handle small parts.

  • Ability to handle physical, repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
