Job description

Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare company that values patient care, clinical collaboration, ethics, and cutting-edge technology? Look no further than Welcome Home House Calls!
As an innovative company providing in-home care to patients recently discharged from a hospital setting, Welcome Home House Calls is seeking Nurse Practitioners and PAs who are passionate about patient health and helping individuals avoid medical complications after acute care. Our providers play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition back home and return to daily activities for our patients, all while enjoying the one-on-one patient relationship unique to in-home care.
At Welcome Home House Calls, we value provider independence and offer flexible hours and extremely competitive compensation. You can choose between per-visit pay for those working half-days or unique schedules, or per-day pay for those working a full shift!
You can work part-time, full-time, or anywhere in between, making your own schedule with our availability coordination system. Plus, after 3-6 months of on-the-job experience, full-time commitments and generous compensation packages may be available.
WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Flexibility: Make your own schedule! We coordinate availability 2 weeks in advance.
  • Limited Geographic Areas- Because nobody likes driving from Peoria to Apache Junction!
  • No Call!
  • Direct Physician Support- Colleagues who are there for you, not just for clinical questions, but to handle everyday tasks, such as approving prescriptions and ordering diagnostics, so you can focus on direct patient care!
  • RN Case Management- Always available for your patients, even when you are not, and there for you to help with coordination, questions, talking to patients/family-members, and to make sure your patients get everything they need.
  • Competitive Compensation with a choice of per-visit or flat per-shift pay. Great benefits available, and amazing malpractice always provided.
  • Cutting edge technology - we invented our own software to make your job easier! Say goodbye to tedious tasks and difficult systems.
  • A commitment to ethics and quality as the foundation of everything we do. No unethical billing!

OUR CULTURE:
Our providers enjoy a collegiate working atmosphere with a team of like-minded professionals, including dedicated physicians available 24/7 to consult on everyday or challenging situations, as well as to help with requests from patients and the community when you may be otherwise occupied with visits!
Our care managers ensure that care is coordinated, orders are executed, and schedules are designed based on patient needs and acuity. We work as a team to improve the lives of those we care for!
Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to join our team! Apply today and see how you can make a difference in the lives of our patients.
