Job description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Associate at 2nd Swing, you’ll help guests complete their golf equipment purchases and trade-ins while delivering a top-tier customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, reliable, and passionate about golf. You’ll use your knowledge of golf equipment and POS systems to guide customers through their transactions and answer questions both in-store and over the phone. Weekend shifts required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform club repairs including regripping, lie and loft adjustments, shaft installations, and club modifications. 
  • Complete repair and custom build orders accurately and on time.
  • Read and execute custom club specifications.
  • Verify repair and build orders for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain an organized workstation.
  • Monitor shop inventory and supplies.

Required Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years of advanced club-building experience. 
  • 3+ years experience with build and repair equipment including saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines, and swing weight scales. 
  • Demonstrated experience regripping clubs, adjusting loft and lie, shaft work, adjusting swing weights. 
  • Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles.  
  • High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets.  
  • Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets. 
  • Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.
