Job Description

LPN  Positions - 8hr shifts  -  REQUIRED 2 weekends a month minimum. Provide care in a group home setting with a maximum of 3 individuals. Conduct a face-to-face evaluation of individuals daily.  Administer medications, provide treatments according to physician's orders, Charting.  Communicate with RN.  Duties also includes providing oversight of the PSA tasks and offer assistance as needed. 

Pay is $23 an hour, paid weekly and not held!

Valid Licensed LPN

Background check required
