Job description

This is a dedicated, home-weekly driving opportunity with consistent store freight and a clear, repeatable pay structure. Routes, miles, and compensation are stable week to week.

Position Summary

  • Dry van freight on a dedicated customer
  • Trailer is unloaded by the driver using rollers (no pallets no lumpers)
  • Typical week includes 2 to 3 loads
  • Each load averages 4 to 5 delivery stops
  • Weekly mileage averages approximately 1,600 miles

Operating Area

  • Routes operate throughout MN SD ND IA NE KS MO AR OK TN and KY

Work Schedule

  • Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset
  • Weekly day off usually falls on Saturday or Sunday
  • Most deliveries begin around 5:00 AM
  • Certain routes may include overnight deliveries starting near 11:00 PM

Compensation

  • Mileage pay ranges from $0.70 to $0.76 CPM (experience based)
  • Load pay is $320 per load (average two loads per week)
  • Safe and On-Time bonus pays up to 3 percent of mileage earnings
