2nd Shift Warehouse Selector

Distribution Center Address: 504 Advantage Ave, Aberdeen, MD 21001

Starting Hourly Rate $21.95 (Plus $1.00 shift differential) with an increase to $22.39 at 6 months.The hourly max rate is $26.34. (All employees start out at the minimum rate)

  • Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year

  • Freezer Differential $0.80/HR

  • Eligible to earn an hourly incentive based on performance

  • Incentive after training can be from $2.17-$7.50/HR)

  • Base pay and incentives are paid on a weekly basis

  • Get Paid up to $1500.00 Weekly !!!!

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday-Thursday 4pm-Until work is complete.

  • Friday & Saturday: Off

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. You'll be on your feet for 10 hours of work, you'll be lifting up to 100 pounds, and you'll be asked to work in our freezer, but there's no experience required - we train you how to get the job done with our dedicated training team. Selecting is hard work, so we'll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency- the better you perform, the more you earn. On average, our selectors take home 122% of their base salary!
