What You'll Do

As our Service Advisor, you'll be the face of the shop and the bridge between our customers and technicians. You'll help customers understand their vehicle's needs while keeping the workflow moving efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience

  • Build estimates and present repair recommendations

  • Order parts

  • Schedule appointments

  • Coordinate workflow with technicians

  • Communicate repair updates throughout the day

  • Help achieve monthly sales goals

  • Process customer payments

  • Support overall shop productivity

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of Service Advisor experience

  • Valid driver's license

  • Experience using shop management software

  • Comfortable presenting estimates and recommending maintenance

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Independent shop, franchise, or dealership experience is welcome
