Job Description: Drug Screening Monitor
Location: Weirton
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Position: Part-Time
Schedule: 2 days per week, approximately 20 hours per week
Job Summary
Mancan is in partnership with a local company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Drug Screening Monitor to oversee and document drug screening procedures for individuals participating in the centers programs. This position requires professionalism, confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures consistently.
Job Duties
Conduct and monitor drug screenings according to established procedures and facility guidelines.
Verify participant identification and maintain accurate screening records.
Properly handle, label, secure, and document testing samples.
Observe collection procedures to help ensure the integrity of the screening process.
Record and report screening results accurately and promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of participant information and testing results.
Follow all safety, security, and facility policies.
Communicate professionally with participants and staff.
Report irregularities, concerns, or suspected violations to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure testing area.
Complete required paperwork and documentation related to each screening.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Professional and respectful communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions.
Dependable and punctual.
