A Massachusetts state agency is seeking a reliable Data Entry Clerk to support its administrative operations in a fast-paced office environment. This is a 3-6 month contract position located onsite in Downtown Boston, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional government office while developing valuable administrative skills.

In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating data, reviewing documents for completeness, maintaining electronic records, and supporting various administrative projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong written communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 0-3 years of administrative or data entry experience
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills
