Position: Sanitation/ Warehouse Specialist (weekends)

Location: Ogden, UT

Job Summary:


The Sanitation/Warehouse Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while supporting Shipping and Production operations. This role is highly physical and involves repetitive bending, lifting, and movement throughout the shift. The specialist will handle cardboard waste, manage returned product cleanup, and assist with accurate product placement to support efficient operations.


This role will report to the Shipping Supervisor in Ogden, UT. Friday to Sunday, 10-hour shifts.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collect, transport, and compact cardboard scrap throughout the warehouse using designated equipment.
  • Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and physical movement as part of daily sanitation and material handling duties.
  • Clean and process returned products, ensuring proper disposal or reintegration into inventory as required.
  • Assist inventory team by accurately putting finished production products into correct warehouse locations.
  • Handle high-volume workload, including managing approximately 40+ pallets per shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, aisles, and workstations to support safety and operational efficiency.
  • Follow all safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture.
  • Ensure work areas remain organized and free of debris or hazards.
  • Maintain productivity standards and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Support overall warehouse operations as needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods working on feet (10-hr shifts) and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending, walking, lifting, stepping, pulling, pushing, twisting, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and lift heavier items with assistance.
  • Ability to perform continuous physical labor for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Subject to moderate amounts of noise and vibration from filter making machines.
  • May be subjected to a variety of weather conditions; however, much of the work will be performed inside.
