  • Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
  • Assist with personal care
  • Companionship
  • Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned

  • Has experience with Gait belt Transfers
  • (For this client) Hours are WEEKENDS only, and rotating every 2 weeks
  • Caregiver must be able to work in homes with Pets and Smokers
  • ** Caregiver must be a Certified PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide to get qualified for this position
  • Ability to get to work using reliable transportation
  • Valid US issued drivers license with no serious driving violations
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
  • Pass a criminal background check prior to employment with Senior Helpers
  • Pass a drug screening test
  • Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to be reached via phone, text, or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies
