Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

$18–$20 per Hour + Benefits + Weekends Off

Location: Springfield, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM

Super Brush LLC has been manufacturing precision foam swabs and applicators in Springfield, Massachusetts for over 65 years. Our products are proudly Made in the USA and used in medical, electronics, automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications worldwide.

We are currently seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our 2nd Shift production team.

What You'll Do

  • Operate automated manufacturing equipment
  • Monitor production and product quality
  • Perform basic inspections and pull tests
  • Complete production paperwork and logs
  • Make minor machine adjustments as needed
  • Maintain lot control and product labeling
  • Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks
  • Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
