We're seeking a professional, motivated Service Advisor who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while keeping a busy service lane operating smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers and a key member of our service team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greet customers professionally and build trust from the moment they arrive
  • Listen to customer concerns and perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds
  • Prepare accurate and detailed repair orders
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
  • Communicate repair timelines, updates, and costs clearly and confidently
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver completed vehicles while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance goals

What We're Looking For
  • Previous Service Advisor experience (automotive dealership experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively and ethically recommend needed services
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Valid Illinois Driver's License with a good driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required
