Job description

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. If you are proactive, dependable, and skilled in repairs, we’d love to hear from you.
Compensation:

$22 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Conduct regular upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations.
  • Be available for emergency repairs and on-call support during evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general carpentry.

Qualifications:
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Proficiency with tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook).
