Schedule: Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM-5:30 PM
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
Additional Pay: 11% Weekend Shift Premium plus $5 per hour Shift Differential
A BRIEF OVERVIEW
As a CNC Machinist, you will play a key role in manufacturing medical device components by operating multi-axis CNC equipment. This position requires the ability to identify and work with X, Y, Z, and zero coordinates while operating multiple CNC machines simultaneously, including mills, lathes, and plunge machines.
We're looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Performs basic machining functions to produce parts.
  • Operates multiple machines simultaneously.
  • Monitors the machine to ensure proper program performance.
  • Completes shop work orders, inspection documentation, and daily maintenance sheets.
  • Makes off sets and adjustments to machines with moderate supervision.
  • Advocates for the health and safety of self, co-workers, customers, and the community.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Or Equivalent (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Lean Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing (Preferred)
  • 1+ Years of Experience Operating Machining Equipment in a Manufacturing Environment (Preferred)
  • Experience operating CNC Mills or Lathes independently (Required)
  • Experience using measuring tools, (ex. Calipers, height gage, indicator) (Required)
  • Experience reading basic blueprints (Required)

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Machining Trade School (Preferred)
