BrightStar Care is Hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA) and Caregivers!Weekend Availability Needed – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
Must be available to work at least 3 days within this timeframe

We specialize in assisting clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, transferring, hygiene, showering, companionship, and transportation.

Pay & Schedule
  • Wages: $15–$17 per hour (Paid Weekly) 
  • Availability: Friday–Monday (Work at least 3 days) 
  • Shift Options:
    •  12-Hour Shifts 
    •  8-Hour Shifts 
    •  Short Shifts (2–4 Hours) 
    •  Day, Evening, and Overnight Available

Key Responsibilities
  •  Light housekeeping and meal preparation 
  •  Assisting with showers, personal hygiene, and bed baths 
  •  Safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts 
  •  Monitoring vital signs 
  •  Providing toileting assistance, including briefs, urinals, and bedpans 
  •  Delivering basic and advanced dementia care 
  •  Helping with repositioning for comfort 
  •  Transportation support 
  •  Pet care

Qualifications
  •  Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) / Caregiver 
  •  Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs (may vary by client needs) 
  •  Current driver’s license and auto insurance 
  •  Reliable transportation 
  •  Must be comfortable working around household pets (cats/dogs) 
  •  Valid physical and negative 2-step TB test 
  •  CPR and First Aid certifications 
  • Must comply with Drug-Free Workplace policy and pass drug screening
  • Must successfully pass FBI and state background checks
