We are currently looking for pm weekendbartenders. This position is in our banquet department, where the expectation is that members and guests will be provided with exceptional food, drink, and service -- an all-around world-class experience.
We are a non-tipping environment, so we offer a competitive guaranteed wage which allows our staff to focus on providing premium service levels. REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum two years of bartending experience. Experience in private clubs a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
  • A high-energy and fun-loving personality with a positive attitude!

WORK SCHEDULE
Shifts vary, but applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is part time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Stocks bar daily and maintains organization/cleanliness. Prepares garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks prior to opening bar.
  • Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, upholding Club standards and adhering to recipes.
  • Works in fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions, and training as required.
  • Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures.
  • Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor.
  • Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
  • Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, always ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintains and displays complete and comprehensive knowledge of menus, including daily features and specials.
  • Follows daily opening/closing procedures, complete daily checklists, and execute day-to-day operations relatively independently.
  • Becomes familiar with members' names and greets them accordingly, providing a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home.
  • Assists fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else!
