Job description

At Window Nation, we’re more than just a home improvement company, we’re a team driven by growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand across the country, we’re looking for a Warehouse Technician to help keep our operations running smoothly in our Seattle branch.
 
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, staying organized, and being a key part of a fast-moving team. This position is based out of our Auburn, WA location, easily accessible from Seattle, Bellevue, Kent, Federal Way, Tacoma, Renton, and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do:
  • Review daily manifests and prepare orders for installation crews
  • Gather and stage windows, doors, and related materials for upcoming projects
  • Load and unload trucks for delivery and service teams
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
  • Deliver materials to job sites as needed
  • Perform light repair or service work, such as screen installations or fixes
What We’re Looking For (Basic Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
  • Comfortable working on your feet and in a non-climate-controlled environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience reviewing manifests or order sheets
  • Basic repair or home-improvement skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn inventory systems
