We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Commercial Window Cleaning Technician to join our team.

Window Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
  • Clean commercial windows and frames using water-fed poles, traditional squeegee, and other professional methods
  • Safely operate ladders, poles, and aerial lifts / boom lifts on multi-story buildings
  • Deliver streak-free, high-quality results on commercial properties
  • Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining professionalism on job sites
  • Follow safety protocols and job checklists
  • Occasional pressure washing support (bonus skill)
Window Cleaning Technician Qualifications:
  • Valid California Driver’s License (required) and clean driving record
  • Prior professional window cleaning experience (traditional squeegee + poles preferred)
  • Comfort working at heights and ability to climb ladders
  • Lift / aerial platform certification or experience strongly preferred
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform physical labor outdoors
  • Pressure washing experience is a plus
