Job description

Description:

We’re looking for Lead Caregivers to support new and existing clients and help grow our business. You’ll train and support caregivers, start new clients, assist with supervisory visits, and be a key member of the care team.


Schedule: Monday–Friday + every other weekend, willing to travel as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care (bathing, feeding, toileting, medication reminders, ambulation, etc.)
  • Follow care plans and ensure client safety
  • Train and support new/existing caregivers
  • Complete care notes and communicate with Care Manager
  • Attend team meetings and trainings
  • Help improve operations and participate in the care team
  • Maintain professionalism and HIPAA compliance
