• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailoring treatments based on clinical need.
• Implement and monitor personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Engage in effective crisis intervention and safety planning to address acute mental health issues and prevent harm.
• Documentation of clinical interactions and assessments, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that empower clients with knowledge and coping strategies.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive care and share client progress.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a focus on therapeutic interventions.
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, with proficiency in implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care models.

• Previous experience working in a diverse community setting is highly desirable.
• Experience facilitating group therapy and psychoeducation programs to enhance client engagement and skill development.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices in delivering remote mental health services.
