We are seeking1stand2nd Shift Weldersto work in our Vessel Shop to support the manufacture of High-Pressure Vessels & Filter Housings.
Compensation for this role is $27-35, dependent on experience, interview, and results of a weld test (MIG and TIG)

**1st Shift Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday) **

**2nd Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday)**

Summary:The welder is capable of performing a variety of welding functions. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various types of welding equipment. A welder is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary.

Responsibilities:

Understand and follow all safety procedures.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Weld and document production of products.

Ability to Read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements.

Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions.

Be able to move parts in and move finished product out of welding area.

Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure products meet all specifications.

Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced.

Document and report raw material consumption for all finished product.

Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel. Provide the data necessary to help properly disposition nonconforming material.

Ensure all operations conform to our ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Job Requirements:

-Minimum of 5 years' experience in on-the-job MIG and TIG welding

High school diploma or GED.

ASME Code welding certification preferred.

Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.

Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.

Ability to use various measuring instruments.

Ability to perform basic math functions.
