Industrial Maintenance Technician II - Weekend Shift
Watson Custom Tanks | Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Starting Pay Rate: $26-28/hr + 10% Shift Differential
Watson Custom Tanks is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II to join our weekend maintenance team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) independently.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, breakers, switches, fuses, and controls.
  • Work with 480V three-phase, 230V three-phase, 120V single-phase, and DC systems.
  • Utilize CMMS to document maintenance activities.
  • Weld, fabricate, and repair parts as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications
  • Industrial Maintenance certification preferred; enrollment in a maintenance program is a plus.
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V three-phase.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and machining equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe boots.
