PepsiCo Foods Canada has a current opening at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON for a New Grad – Packaging Team Supervisor for the Weekend Day Shift (Fri/Sat/Sun 7am - 7pm)

The role: The Processing Team Supervisor will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise. You will interact and collaborate daily with people leaders on all different kinds of shifts in the plant, including Quality, Operations, Packaging, Traffic, Maintenance, and Sanitation Supervisors as you motivate and inspire your team, eliminate barriers, and problem solve. You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the goal of leading a front-line team. 

Compensation: $56,700 - $92,400 | Shift: Weekend Days (Fri/Sat/Sun 7am - 7pm) 


Responsibilities
  • Provide functional leadership, coaching, and technical support 
  • Use technical systems for reporting and analytics  
  • Develop individuals and the team to solve routine and complex operational issues 
  • Motivate the team to achieve established performance targets 
  • Lead daily performance meetings 
  • Make daily decisions impacting the business 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 

Qualifications
  • You have graduated with your bachelor’s degree in 2024, 2025, or expected to graduate April - June 2026
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred 
  • 1-3 + years’ Supervisory experience preferred 
  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills 
  • Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others – Take Others With You 
  • Able to Instruct and Teach Others 
  • Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work 
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Capabilities 
  • Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures 
  • Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
