Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients through inbound and outbound calls
  • Schedule appointments for clients interested in benefits information
  • Present and explain insurance products and benefit packages through Zoom meetings
  • Assist clients with completing applications and enrollment paperwork
  • Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service during all client interactions
  • Participate in ongoing optional training and leadership development sessions
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
