Are you someone who likes to stay active, work with a team, and take pride in getting the details right? Frank Beverage Group is looking for 2 Warehouse Associate - Liquor Order Pickers to join our warehouse team! In this role, you'll play an important part in making sure our customers receive the right products, accurately picked and safely prepared for delivery. From building pallets and replenishing inventory to keeping pick locations organized and processing returned product, you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly every day.


What You'll Do
  • Pick liquor orders accurately using our warehouse picking system and build pallets according to system direction.
  • Build stable, organized pallets following established palletization and layering standards.
  • Replenish pick locations to keep product stocked and orders moving efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, and communicating issues to leadership.
  • Organize and consolidate product to maximize efficiency and keep pick locations properly stocked.
  • Process returned liquor products from daily and satellite routes, ensuring products are sorted, inspected, and properly put away.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized, including removing empty pallets, shrink wrap, and debris.
  • Handle damaged product safely, including broken bottles and damaged cartons, while following company procedures.
  • Help resolve picking issues, including miss-picks, short picks, location discrepancies, and inventory concerns.
  • Operate forklifts and powered equipment safely when required and complete required inspections.
  • Work closely with warehouse leadership and other departments to communicate issues and keep operations running efficiently.
  • Pitch in where needed to support other warehouse departments and team priorities.
