Job description

Local Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (occasional flexibility based on routes)
Location: Waco, TX
Starting Wage: $20.85 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

What You'll Do
• Safely operate company box trucks to pick up and deliver electronic materials to and from customers
• Follow all applicable DOT, state, federal, and company safety requirements
• Communicate with dispatch to provide route updates, delivery confirmations, and any customer or route issues
• Provide excellent customer service during pickups and drop-offs, ensuring smooth and professional handoffs
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
• Complete required paperwork, logs, and delivery documentation accurately and on time
• When not on the road, support warehouse production by tearing down, sorting, processing, or refurbishing electronics
• Identify and track valuable electronic components using software tools and ERP systems
• Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and vehicle environment
What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of commercial driving, delivery driving, route driving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification requirements
• CDL is not required for this role based on current vehicle requirements
• Ability to successfully complete all post-offer driver qualification requirements, which may include motor vehicle record review, insurance eligibility review, and a required post-offer medical examination
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
• Comfortable working independently while staying connected with dispatch, customers, and the warehouse team
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. regularly and work in varying warehouse conditions
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Willingness to split time between local driving and hands-on warehouse production work
• Bonus points for forklift certification, electronics knowledge, route delivery experience, or mechanical aptitude
