Warehouse Associate
Location: Peru 
Pay: $18.10/hour
Schedule: M-F 4PM - 12AM (TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT)
Type: Long-Term Opportunity / Potential Floater Role

Overview:  We’re seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including loading/unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and assisting multiple departments as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in their day, and a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
  • Organize, stage, and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Serve as a floater to assist additional departments when needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and support multiple departments
