Job Description: The Warehouse Operations Floater supports multiple functions across the warehouse and production areas. This role is ideal for someone who is handson, adaptable, and comfortable moving between tasks such as kitting, shipping, material handling, equipment cleaning, and packaging. The Floater ensures smooth daily operations by stepping in wherever support is needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform kitting activities, assembling parts and materials according to work orders
• Support shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading trucks and preparing outbound shipments
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
• Clean and maintain production equipment, tools, and reusable containers
• Wrap, package, and label finished products for shipment or storage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse upkeep
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, production, or material handling experience preferred
