They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our leaders are responsible for executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of operational excellence and our recipe for service. A supervisor’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. They lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Keep team accountable and provide coaching opportunities

- Minimum 1 year prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager
