Job description

A Supervisor is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our leaders are responsible for executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of operational excellence and our recipe for service. A supervisor’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. They lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. 

*We are currently holding open interviews every Tuesday from 4pm-5pm. Apply and come to our restaurant to be interviewed by one of our hiring directors. If you have a resume you can attach it to your application or bring in a hard copy. Open interviews end at 5pm sharp.

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
