Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center, a premier provider of senior care services in Fairport, New York. About the Role:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center, you will:

  • Provide direct patient care to our long-term care residents, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring

  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify changes in patient condition and initiate interventions as needed

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

What We Offer:

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range: $40.00 – $42.00 per hour with pay commensurate with certification and years of post-License experience
Shift Differentials: +$1.50/hr for weekday B & C shifts and +10% more/hour for all weekend shifts
Available Shifts: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm) Nights (11:00pm-7:00AM)
Schedule Options: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)
Weekend Availability: Every other weekend Requirment
Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RN's
