ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in the financial industry and served as a pastor for 22 years. Those experiences shaped my passion for serving others, building relationships, and helping people make confident decisions for their future.
Serving our community is one of our core values. Our agency participates in community events every other month, and we enjoy finding opportunities to give back and build meaningful relationships with the people we serve.
Our agency offers a very competitive bonus structure, 10 days of PTO starting on day one, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in rewarding success while providing the flexibility and support our team needs to thrive.
Our culture is family-oriented, supportive, and drama-free. We work with an established book of business and are committed to coaching and developing every team member for long-term success. I'm looking for someone who is humble, coachable, driven, and people-focused, with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to serve others.
