POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the Game Day Staff for the Chattanooga Football Club (CFC)you will assist the Game Day Operations team to ensure the best possible experience for all of the CFC fans on home game days at Finley Stadium and assist with duties needed to help drive the CFC Purpose, fulfill our Mission, foster our Vision.
Game Day Set Up Crew, Ticket Taker, Usher, and Access Team are the PART-TIME positions available for the 2026 -2027 season.
ALL GAME DAY STAFF:
Department: Game Day Operations
Work Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 5 hours - 8 hours per game, up to 20 home games per season
Hours will vary due to work assignment.Nights and Weekends are required. Consistent attendance is required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Game Day Crew Member
As a Game Day Crew Member for Chattanooga FC, you will play a critical role in preparing the stadium and event areas for game day. Your responsibilities will include setting up equipment, arranging seating areas, and ensuring that all event-related materials are in place to provide an exceptional experience for fans and teams alike. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Ticket Taker
As a Ticket Taker for Chattanooga FC, you will be the first point of contact for fans entering the stadium. Your primary responsibility is to verify ticket validity and ensure a welcoming, smooth, and organized entry experience for spectators. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage crowds effectively
Usher
As an Usher for Chattanooga FC, you will ensure fans have an enjoyable and safe experience inside the stadium. Your primary duties include guiding guests to their seats, providing assistance during the event, and addressing any questions or concerns. Ushers play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining order throughout the game. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
Access Team
The Access Team is responsible for managing entry, guest flow, and access control throughout Chattanooga FC's premium areas on game days. This position verifies tickets, credentials, and wristbands; supports VIP and suite guest access; and monitors premium boundaries to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming experience. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage guest needs and high-traffic environments effectively
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • One (1) year of experience with college, high school, club or professional sports (preferred)
  • One (1) year of public facing service-related experience (preferred)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Flexibility to work various hours including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be available to workat the CFC regular season home games and playoff games

LICENSING AND CERTIFICATIONS: none
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Medium - Heavy lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 25 pounds frequently. Bending, stretching, and reaching requires. Some sitting and climbing, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended time.
Physical Environment:This position is routinely exposed to external elements which include heat/cold, wet/humid, dry/arid and extreme weather conditions. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Additional Requirements
โ€ข Must complete maintain SafeSport and all required Major League Soccer (MLS) training requirements applicable to the position
โ€ข Must maintain legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
โ€ข Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred but not required
