Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnerships, aligning the right IP to the right developers and publishers across audiences-from core gamers to casual and preschool.

Structure high-value, multi-year agreements that maximize franchise value, long-term revenue, and repeat business.

Represent Wizards and Hasbro externally as a partner of choice for premium game development.

Evaluate opportunities with commercial and creative rigor to prioritize the highest-impact deals.

Partner cross-functionally to implement deals and support licensee success, driving strong outcomes and long-term relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • Tenure in video game business development and licensing, specifically on PC and console titles in the AAA/AA space
  • Proven dealmaker with a record of closing of high-value partnerships with top developers and publishers
  • Experience across diverse IP portfolios, spanning core, casual, and kids/preschool audiences
  • Deep expertise in licensing structures and deal economics, including multi-year, multi-title agreements
  • Strong industry network across studios, publishers, and platform partners
  • Sharp commercial judgment, with the ability to evaluate partners, creative quality, and financial opportunity
  • Excellent negotiation and cross-functional leadership skills in global, fast-paced environments
