Crest Hill Animal Hospital is a thriving, newly built practice seeking its 5th veterinarian to care for dogs, cats, and furry exotics. With a true one-to-one tech-to-doctor ratio and a collaborative, tenured team, this is a place where you can slow down, dig into cases, and actually enjoy the work.
The Opportunity:
• Care for a robust, loyal, and growing client base across dogs, cats, and furry exotics
• A 1:1 tech-to-doctor ratio, with float nurses and CSRs so you can focus on patients
• Minimal weekend work (every other Saturday) and no on-call or after-hours duties
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a DVM in a GP or urgent care setting is required for this role
The Resources:
• A newly built, modern hospital with 9 exam rooms and 2 surgery suites
• Surgical and therapeutic lasers
• Digital radiology, dental x-ray, and onsite labs
• Onsite pet grooming services and a bilingual support team
The Lifestyle:
• Enjoy affordable living and a strong local economy in a family-friendly community about 40 miles from Chicago
• Get outside at nearby Pilcher Park and along the DuPage River for hiking, fishing, and kayaking
• Take part in local traditions like Crest Hill Summerfest, with excellent schools and safe neighborhoods close by
ProSal Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting salary of $120,000-$150,000 plus production bonuses
• 401(k) with company match
• Access to CE courses (dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, and more) at NVA's nearby PetOne Training Center in Addison, IL
• Professional liability coverage, DEA and state licensing, and VIN membership
• PTO, paid CE, and CE/licensing reimbursement
• Comprehensive health insurance coverage plans
• Generous staff pet discounts
• Final compensation commensurate with experience, skills, schedule, and scope of services provided
