The role also includes interacting with passengers, reporting issues or unusual vehicle behavior, and providing feedback to help improve the technology and rider experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor autonomous vehicle behavior during passenger service and testing
• Be prepared to take manual control of the vehicle if necessary
• Follow safe driving practices and traffic laws at all times
• Report vehicle issues, unusual events, or safety concerns clearly and accurately
• Provide a professional and friendly experience for riders
• Conduct basic vehicle safety and cleanliness checks
• Support vehicle operations during assigned shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfortable using technology, apps, and reporting tools
• Able to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Good communication and customer service skills
