Full-Time Crew Leader in Training (Construction/Landscaping)

Pay rate: $16.00-$18.00 plus overtime

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a crew of Environmental Field Service (EFS) Specialists in the occurrence a Field Quality Manager (FQM) is out.
  • Install and remove Silt Fence.
  • Install protection to storm inlets.
  • Work with heavy duty hand tools (sledge hammer/shovels, etc.).
  • Install various types of erosion control measures (BMPs) as prescribed by reporting agencies.
  • Watch for safety hazards on jobsite, correct employees anytime they are working in an unsafe manner.
  • Operate company machinery.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

Previous construction or landscaping leadership experience

Must have a valid Driver's License

Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather

Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
