Job description

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional first and last impression by safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while providing outstanding customer service. You are a key part of the arrival and departure experience, ensuring efficiency, safety, and discretion at all times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet arriving guests warmly and assist with opening vehicle doors and luggage handling.

  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, following hotel procedures.

  • Operate a variety of vehicles (manual, automatic, luxury) confidently and responsibly.

  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and traffic flow in the hotel's front drive or valet area.

  • Record vehicle details and issue valet tickets accurately.

  • Handle guest vehicle keys securely and log all transactions.

  • Assist guests with directions, hotel information, or local recommendations.

  • Communicate effectively with the bell desk, concierge, and doorman for seamless service.

  • Support guests with luggage, shopping bags, or special needs during vehicle service.

  • Report any vehicle damage, unusual incidents, or guest concerns to the supervisor.

  • Maintain professional appearance and follow grooming and uniform standards.

  • Uphold the hotel's luxury service standards through every guest interaction.

  • Be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Adhere to traffic laws, hotel safety protocols, and security procedures at all times.

  • Ensure the valet area is always properly covered by a team member and never left unattended.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
