To provide excellent front-line customer service to all faculty and students.
Essential Functions:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting faculty, staff and students with services provided by tutoring locations.
- Direct faculty and students to tutoring subjects available and locations of subjects
- Handle routine requests for supplies needed in tutoring locations
- Ability to meet and assist all guests at the tutoring location

Qualifications:
Requirements and Skills:
- Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at East Texas A&M University
- Must be available on weekends and in the evening.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Basic phone operations (answering, holding, and transferring).
- Basic organizational skills.
- Perform accurate and detailed work.
- Ability to work as a team member toward the common goals of the tutoring center.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
