Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The HEAT Group is seeking to hire an Arena Tour Guide! We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Arena Tour Guides. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sports, entertainment, and Miami culture who enjoys interacting with diverse groups of visitors. As a part-time Arena Tour Guide, you will lead engaging, informative tours of Kaseya Center, sharing behind-the-scenes insights and showcasing all that the venue has to offer.

Associate's degree in hospitality, communication, tourism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle questions with integrity.
