Strong communication, creativity, and the ability to quickly iterate based on feedback are standout soft skills in this role. These skills are crucial for rapidly delivering user-centered designs that align with evolving business needs in the fast-paced startup environment.

  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Required Experience/Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role or relevant course work
  • Current portfolio of design projects for web/mobile applications
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Balsamiq, Wireframe.cc, InVision)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe xD, Photoshop)
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills
