Hiring – Fraud Operations Specialist
Location: Overland Park, KS (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: $22/hr on W2
Work Schedule:
• Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote (after training)
• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (up to 2 months)
• Post-Training Schedule: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM CST (4x10 schedule)
Available Shifts:
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
OR
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
Responsibilities:
• Review, identify, and deter fraudulent activity
• Conduct fraud investigations and customer authentication
• Handle inbound calls from victims of fraudulent activities
• Analyze data to validate customer identity and fraud concerns
• Investigate fraud escalations and recommend solutions
• Support fraud prevention processes and compliance requirements
