Axis Hand and Physical Therapy is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join the team. We pride ourselves on providing amazing patient care and customer service. The job of a Front Office Coordinator is to greet, check in, check out, and schedule patients with a positive and friendly attitude. Past experience in medical or rehab clinic preferred. Ability to work in a fast and dynamic workplace....


Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes guests, visitors and patients to the medical office
  • Answers, screens, and directs calls to appropriate parties
  • Schedules patient visits and office visits based on patient needs
  • Performs general clerical duties such as taking payments, filing, typing, copying, scanning, faxing etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in medical office preferred but not required.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
