We are looking for passionate Therapists for both full and part time roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families
- Refer clients to specialists if necessary
- Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs
- Monitor client progress during treatment
- Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide
- Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight
- Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care
- Diagnose and treat patients from different backgrounds/diverse backgrounds in a respectful manner
- Document and navigate EHR independently and in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with clinical leadership, billing, and compliance to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation.
Qualifications :
- Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar)
- Prior experience in psychotherapy
Working Conditions:
- Standard office environment with occasional travel to client locations.
- May involve evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules.
- Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergency scenarios.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for 3-4 hours at a time between patient care and documentation.
