Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Portable Sanitation Pump Truck Driver to service portable toilet units at construction sites and customer locations. This role involves operating a pump truck to clean, service, and transport portable restroom equipment while providing professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a portable sanitation pump truck in a safe and efficient manner
  • Service portable toilets, including pumping waste, cleaning units, restocking supplies, and adding deodorizer chemicals
  • Deliver, set up, relocate, and retrieve portable toilet units as scheduled
  • Inspect equipment and vehicles daily; report maintenance or repair needs
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate service logs, route sheets, and basic paperwork
  • Provide courteous, professional interaction with customers and site managers
  • Maintain cleanliness of truck, tools, and yard areas
  • Comply with all environmental and waste disposal regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Clean or acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass Portable Sanitation Contractor Exam within first 60 days.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment (up to 50-75 lbs)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Previous sanitation, pump truck, or route driving experience preferred (training provided)

Work Environment
  • Outdoor work at construction sites, events, and commercial locations
  • Exposure to waste materials, chemicals, and odors (PPE provided)

Early mornings, overtime or weekends may be required
