The Truck Loader collaborates closely with warehouse staff and drivers to coordinate loading schedules and maintain smooth operational flow. Safety is paramount, as the role involves operating heavy equipment and adhering to strict safety protocols to protect both personnel and products. Ultimately, the Truck Loader contributes to timely deliveries and customer satisfaction by preparing shipments accurately and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Right to work legally in the United States.
  • Basic reading and comprehension skills to understand instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Certification or proven experience in operating a forklift safely.
  • Ability to follow safe working practices consistently.
  • Capability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
