Transportation Supervisor-Full Time

John Knox Village is seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Time Transportation Supervisor to provide safe and friendly transportation throughout the John Knox Village community, as well as the greater tri-county community.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising the Security and Transportation department
  • Helping with scheduling
  • Assists in hiring, supervising, evaluating and coaching employees
  • Documents emergencies, shift issues and incidents
  • Monitors residents' needs are being met for transportation requests and other needs
  • Monitors events and activities on campus
  • Ensures the safety and well-being of our residents

What we're looking for:

  • Valid Florida Driver's license and a clean driving record'CDL license with passenger endorsement preferred
  • 3+ years of passenger driving experience
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus
  • Someone who likes being a part of a team; contributes as an active team member
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare setting a plus
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays
  • An all-around problem solver: someone who works well and can make important decisions under pressure
