- Interface with clients, inspectors, engineers, city and county officials, estimators, vendors, and office staff to ensure excellent execution, quality, and meeting deadlines
- Deliver on our brand promise, uphold our core values, and meet project quality standards effectively

-Strong leadership skills and accountability for work
-Deadline and detail-oriented
-Thrive in a team environment

Work Experience and Education:
-Minimum college degree or equivalent industry experience required (in construction or restoration)
-3-5 years’ minimum proven experience in construction or restoration construction and project management
-Proficiency with computers and various technologies
-Industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead, preferred
-Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, background check, and drug screening required
Your compensation will be based on your production and ability to complete projects. Your earning potential will be determined by your work ethic and ability to deliver on key metrics. We also offer excellent benefits, including 401k, paid time off, and vacation. If you find this opportunity intriguing and believe you’re an A player, let’s talk.
